Assist users in assessing requirements and determining solutions
Specify and support the ongoing development of the X3 application
Manage user access and security
Manage interfaces to and from other systems
Design and lead internal training plans
Troubleshoot all aspects of the X3 system
Monitoring and technical support
Assist with patch upgrades and deployment of additional modules
Screen and other interface modifications
Design, implement and maintain ERP reports
Maintenance of X3 ERP databases
Manage and verify system backups and recovery
Responsible for updating system documentation
Create SAGE X3 queries with the integrated query tool (Simple, Graphical or SQL)
Integration of queries; statistics, processes in the Sage X3 portal
Import of data into Sage X3
Documentation of the implemented realizations
Extract statistics from Sage X3
Crystal report XII:
Realization of reports with the tool Crystal Report 2008/2013
